Take a Trip Back in Time to Connecticut during World War II

The library will host Newtown author Sharon L. Cohen’s presentation, Connecticut Industries Unite for WWII Victory. Learn how statewide mills and manufacturing plants quickly faced challenges with major materials and labor shortages. How lives were saved and battles won by creating incredible innovations in months rather than years.
Tuesday, October 17, at 2 pm in the Gathering Room at the C.H. Booth Library.
