Habitat For Humanity Aging-in-Place Program

Aging-in-Place is a program that offers home repairs and ADA assistance to seniors, veterans, and disabled low-income homeowners, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their homes. Habitat for Humanity is committed to promoting safe and livable homes and communities by providing products and services that improve the quality of life. A diverse range of safety improvements, mobility modifications, weatherization enhancements, and exterior/yard improvements is provided.

To qualify for the Aging-in-Place Program, applications are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Homeowners Only. This program is not valid for renters.
  • Must carry Homeowners’ Insurance.
  • Monthly household income of $6,000 or less.
  • Must live in our service area.

Please note that even though Habitat for Humanity strives to assist everyone, meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting an application does not necessarily guarantee a place on the schedule for their free services.
