Navigating grief and loss is an incredibly challenging experience. Join Bob Schmidt and friends for a discussion focused on coping with loneliness and the grieving process. Participants will have the opportunity to share their personal experiences of loss and explore the various ways individuals manage the accompanying feelings of isolation, as well as the impact of grief on physical health. Together let’s learn how we can effectively navigate this profoundly challenging journey.
