DESCRIPTION:The Friends are hosting a special Donation Day on Sunday\, April 19\, from 1 – 5 pm\, rain or shine\, at our storage building at 17 Old Farm Road in Newtown. Look for the blue building in between the Animal Control Center and the dog park. \nVolunteers will be stationed at the blue building to accept your donations of gently-used books\, jigsaw puzzles\, video games\, and media. They will remove boxed or bagged donations from your vehicle and provide you with a tax receipt if you want one. \nWe are building inventory for our 50th annual book sale this July\, so please donate if you can.
